1. Kedarkantha trek

The Kedarkantha trek is an expedition to one of the most beautiful regions of Uttarakhand. It is one of the best treks in Uttarakhand during monsoon because there’s no danger of landslides or falling trees, you get to see a lot more wildlife, and it’s not as hot as other times of year.  It has beautiful scenery which makes it picture perfect.

2. Valley of flower trek

  Valley of flower Trek is a moderate level of trekking.  It is one of the popular treks in Himalayas and it is considered to be as UNESCO  World Heritage site.     Nag Tibba  is the highest peak of Uttarakhand. 4. Lamkhaga pass trek 

Lamkhaga pass trek is a beautiful and challenging high altitude trek in Uttarakhand. It is situated at an altitude of 5,600 metres (18,400 ft) and is one of the most difficult treks in the Indian Himalayas. 

The trek takes you through some of the most stunning landscapes in the world with views of majestic mountains, pristine lakes and meadows. The trek is also home to rare and endangered wildlife such as the snow leopard, blue sheep and Himalayan musk deer. 

The Lamkhaga pass trek is a challenging trek and is not for beginners. It requires a good level of fitness and prior experience of high altitude trekking. The trekking season for Lamkhaga pass is from mid June to mid October. The best time to trek is from August to September .During the springtime , trekkers can view  blooming pink rhododendron flowers .

5. Top Tibba trek 

One of the most popular treks in the Garhwal Himalayas, the Top Tibba Trek is a moderate to challenging trail that takes you through some of the most beautiful scenery in the region. The trailhead is located at an altitude of 2,100 m, and the trek takes you up to a height of 3,600 m, giving you stunning views of the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas. 

The trek takes you through dense forests, meadows full of wildflowers, and small villages nestled in the mountains. The Top Tibba Trek is a great option for those looking for a challenging hike in the Garhwal Himalayas. This makes it, one of the best treks for photography in uttarakhand.

6. Sunrise View Trek 

Sunrise view Trek at Kunjapuri Temple in Rishikesh is one of the most popular trekking trails in the region. The trailhead starts from the Kunjapuri Temple, which is located at an altitude of 3,600 m. This trekking trail is well-marked , therefore it’s easy to follow. The trail leads through dense forest and meadows with a stunning view of the Himalayan range. 

The trail ends at the Kunjapuri Temple, which is a great place to watch the sunrise. Understanding the views of the Himalayan bridge and the dense forest of the place makes it a picture perfect and one of the best treks for photography in uttarakhand.

 7. Har ki Dun trek

The Har ki Dun trek of Uttarakhand is one of the most popular treks in the region. It is a moderate level trek that can be completed in about 5-6 days. The trek takes you through some of the most beautiful scenery in the Himalayas, including alpine meadows, forests and snow-capped peaks.
