Tee Grizzley of Detroit delivers his fourth installment of his Chapters of the Trenches music series with haunting keys and powerful drums as the backdrop to recalling his crime-intense experiences.
After his release from prison, he took up rapping seriously and released his debut single called First Day Out in 2016. The song quickly went viral and provided the momentum needed for him to become an established rapper.

At an early age, the rapper found himself exposed to violence and crime; both parents were killed; his mother would go in and out of jail while growing up with her grandmother who would always ensure he heard R&B music.

After his debut single “First Day Out” went viral on YouTube with over two million views in under three weeks, Tee Grizzley quickly signed a record deal with 300 Entertainment. 300 is an American record label founded by Lyor Cohen, Kevin Liles, Todd Moscowitz and Roger Gold and currently represents Young Thug, YNW Melly, Famous Dex, Rejjie Snow, Shy Glizzy and The Hunna from Dae Dae to Migos via Fetty Wap as its roster artists. Outside music Tee Grizzley also enjoys gaming Call of Duty as well as hosting his popular Youtube series called Dinner with Grizzley which invites celebrities and gamers over to discuss music and culture.

After being released from prison in 2016, Grizzley released the viral hit, “First Day Out,” followed by his debut mixtape and signing to 300 Entertainment. On his follow-up project My Moment, he proved himself as the most promising Detroit rapper since Eminem.
On this project, Grizzley proves his versatility by showing more than just being an aggressive street rapper with syrupy flow and profound lyrics. His art-form also encompasses painting vivid pictures and recreating intense scenes through his unique approach to storytelling.
One problem he faces as a relative newcomer to the scene may be his inability to rouse a crowd; but that does not stop him from producing some amazing songs on Scriptures, such as the track “Young Grizzley World,” featuring A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and YNW Melly with its melancholic third verse that stands out.
